Hi Peter Sir,

We have been trying to make laminated glass using EVA films from 2-3 manufacturers(not from CNC GLASS yet) and have been making the laminated glass as per the manufacturer specification.

However, we see some air bubbles in center on the glass very small size like 0.5 mm dia about 10-15 bubbles and also the same on the edge.

We set our heating parameters as follows : 6+0.76+6mm Tempered glass
Stage – 1) 55 degrees – 15 mins
Stage – 2) 65 degrees – 55 mins
Stage – 3) 140 Degrees – 80 mins

We have tried making the glass at reduced temperature of 130 degrees, however, the clarity of the glass is not so good because of low temperature as we use Super Clear Outdoor film. For indoor film we use low temperature of 125 degrees because clarity is not important here.

Please suggest what should we do…Increase holding time in stage 1 and 2 or reduce the stages 1 & 2 temperature with increased holding time.

Kindly suggest as your expertise and help would be great and highly appreciated.

Thanks and best regards,
