In some situation, laminated glass to be heated at low temperature is required, for example, if you want to laminate with some silk, PC film, PDLC switchable film, you may want to laminate at low tempeature below 100 C degreees.

Our EVAFORCE LOW TEMP 80-120 Interlayer film, is available for being laminated at 120C degrees or 80 C degreees.
When you select the low temperature laminating mode, the recipe seting of time and temperature is a big factor deciding if the result of laminated glass is succeeded or not.

Here is a test report from our client for your referece, but please note that, different laminating oven, different glass thickness and types, different room temperature in different regions, and different inserts of laminated glass may influence the recipe.

Hi Peter,
Our configuration wish is based on laminate glass thickness of 1.6 mm at 2 stage of temperature.

I finished some test of lamination Glass with Evaforce Low-temp 80-120 and there some results and comments;

1- Set up: 1st stage – 60 degrees 10 mins rump up and 20 mins soak time, 2nd stage 80 degree 10 mins rump up and 70 mins, results are not good the film looks like doesn’t melt correctly on some spots.

2- Set up: 1st stage – 65 degrees 10 mins rump up and 20 mins soak time, 2nd stage 80 degree 10 mins rump up and 100 mins, results are better, but still some spot looks like the film doesn’t melt correctly on some spots.

3- Set up: 1st stage – 65 degrees 10 mins rump up and 20 mins soak time, 2nd stage 82 degree 10 mins rump up and 190 mins, results are good. I’ll appreciate your comments and suggestion thanks.
